4. Why do I need to apply?
Because we're investing in each business we accept, every application is reviewed before approval. This helps us ensure the program is the right fit and that our limited spots go to businesses we can genuinely help.
5. How do I know if I qualify?
If you received a direct invitation from an Admin Tribes team member then you're likely pre-qualified. Otherwise, simply complete the application and we'll review your business before letting you know if you've been accepted into the program.
6. Do I have to buy anything?
No. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase any products or services from Admin Tribes. The setup session is simply to introduce ourselves, personalize your kit, and show you how to use it effectively.
7. How long does the setup session take?
Most setup sessions take about 15โ20 minutes. During the call, we'll customize everything for your business and answer any questions you have.
8. When will I receive my Tap Card?
After your setup session, we'll prepare your personalized Tap Card and mail it directly to your business. If you're in the area we'll even drop it off.
9. Why is Admin Tribes doing this?
We believe small businesses deserve access to better tools for growing their reputation online. Instead of spending all of our marketing budget on advertising, we're investing directly into local businesses by covering the cost of these starter kits.
10. What happens after I submit my application?
Once we receive your application, we'll review it and contact you to let you know whether you've been approved. If accepted, we'll schedule your free setup session and start building your personalized Google Review Starter Kit.
11. Can I keep everything?
Yes. Once your Review Starter Kit has been set up and delivered, it's yours to use. There are no contracts or ongoing commitments required to receive the kit.
12. What's in it for Admin Tribes?
We're using part of our marketing budget to invest directly in local businesses instead of spending it all on traditional advertising. In return, we get the opportunity to introduce ourselves, and learn about your business during the setup session.
